Warranty Policy

All watches sold by IMP Watch include a 15-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

🔧 What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., non-functioning mechanisms or strap defects)
  • Battery failure on arrival (if reported within 24 hours)

⚠️ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage, scratches, or dents
  • Water damage after use
  • Battery depletion after use
  • Normal wear and tear or mishandling

🛠️ Warranty Claim Process

  • Record a parcel opening video upon receiving your order.
  • Report any issues within the warranty period, including:
    • Order number
    • Clear video proof showing the defect
  • Once verified, we will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost.
  • Replacement dispatch within 7 working days after approval.

🕐 Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 15 days from the delivery date. After this period, repair or replacement cannot be processed.
