We sell stylish and affordable watches for men, women, and kids — including analog, digital, and trendy fashion watches. Each product is carefully selected for quality and durability.

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹399. Prepaid orders above ₹299 qualify for free shipping, while orders below ₹299 incur a small ₹49 delivery fee.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours or before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email for assistance.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please share a parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll verify the issue and arrange a free replacement right away.

Yes! All IMP Watch products include a 15-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical or water damage, battery depletion, or wear and tear.
